Pitti Uomo presents the new Hugo Spring Summer 2018 collection
“Ritualis Spiritualis” is the title of the new Hugo Spring Summer 2018 collection presented at Ex-Manifattura Tabacchi, a rationalist building in Florence, and included among the guest designers of the Pitti Uomo fair. Nine years after the Boss Orange fashion show, the brand comes back to Italy showing the menswear and womenswer lines on the same runway.
The African voodoo culture was the starting point for the collection. Incredibly creative, the garments are conceived as pieces of art: referring to spiritualism and voodoo symbolism, the t-shirts as well as the sheer dresses feature tribal paintings.
The outerwear is outsized with a sharp shoulders line as the double-breasted jackets.
