The floral theme has deeply changed after Demna Gvasalia used it on his outstanding creations both for Balenciaga and Vetements collections. Still feminine, yet more aggressive: a redefinition of romanticism.
For their first collection during the Couture week in Paris, Kate and Laura Mulleavy, the designer duo at the helm of Rodarte, presented the new Spring Summer 2018 Collection two months in advance. On the catwalk, flowers and natural elements were combined with assertive designs.
Lace and leather used for the more aggressive pieces.
