Laura Biagiotti dies at the age of 74
After been hospitalized a couple of days ago for a heart attack, Laura Biagiotti, the Queen of Cachemire, passed away this morning in Rome, her beloved city.
After graduating in archeology and after a creative collaboration with Roberto Capucci and Rocco Barocco, in 1972 the designer launched her first namesake collection. Extremely connceted to her country and her city, to which she has dedicated a perfume, “Rome”, Laura Biagiotti has always looked beyond the borders, presenting some of her most renowed collections out of Italy, in China, Egypt and Russia to say a few.
Feminine, delicate, gracefully timeless.
