Thom Browne‘s meditation on grey suit: Fall 2017 at Paris Men’s Fashion Week
Thom Browne has always the ability to take a piece of clothing that seem (and usually is) uninteresting and make it extreme and edgy. For the Fall 2017 collection, shown on the final day of Paris Men’s Fashion Week, the designer reconsidered the grey suit and created distorted and quite extraordinary garments starting from one single classic outfit. Browne played with two-dimendional constructions, exaggerated long sleeves and abundance of buttons on the suits. A dramatic collection presented with a theatrical fashion show.
